Thank you for your continued relationship with Boomerang Ministerial Affiliation. This annual renewal maintains your active standing as a licensed/ordained minister with BMA.

Annual Affirmation

Doctrinal & Salvation Affirmation (Yes/No)
“I affirm that I still maintain belief in all that I professed when I first became a member of Boomerang Ministerial Affiliation, including faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation and full agreement with the foundational beliefs of BMA.”

Vision, Mission & Conduct Commitment (Yes/No)
“I reaffirm my commitment to uphold the vision and mission of Boomerang Ministerial Affiliation through my life, doctrine, conduct, and ministry.”

Fruit & Accountability Acknowledgment (Yes/No)
“I recognize that ministerial standing through BMA is a matter of trust and spiritual accountability. If the fruit produced in my life does not align with the standards and beliefs of BMA and the Word of God, BMA retains the right to revoke or suspend my license/ordination at any time.”

Integrity & Good Standing (Yes/No)
“To the best of my knowledge and conscience, I remain in good moral and spiritual standing, free from ongoing unrepentant sin, and I am not currently under disciplinary action by a local church or legitimate ministerial authority.”

I acknowledge that I agree with & will maintain the character guidelines as set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-13 and set forth by Boomerang Church International Inc. 

 

I hereby state my willingness to submit to the spiritual authority and guidelines of Boomerang Church International Inc.  If at any time I feel I can no longer agree with the beliefs and practices of this organization, or if it is requested by those in authority, I will forfeit and return my ministerial credentials (certificate & card) to Boomerang Church International Inc.  I further understand that my credentials must also be returned if I cease to function in a qualifying ministerial position.
